The Digital Humanities Core facility invites the UH community to our 2026 town hall meeting. Attendees can join us in person in the Visualization Lab (Agrawal Engineering Research Building, Room 201) or online via Zoom. The event will also be streamed live in the Digital Research Commons (MD Anderson Library, Room 266-C).

This session will trace the progress of the Digital Humanities Core from its launch in 2023 including key metrics, microcredential program development, infrastructure upgrades, student internships, and organizational shifts within the UH Libraries. We will also share forward-looking plans for 2027 and beyond highlighting student programs and goals for a dedicated physical space. An interactive Q&A will invite audience input to help us imagine that future space.
